Just to let you all know what my secret to my 6pack are it is to eat some haribos. I have it post workout, which haribo is your favourite? Mine are the gummy bears mmmmm

I can tell you that Haribo are what keeps the British army going, whether it's the recovery of morale when someone whips a bag out and shares it among the platoon when you're all cold, wet and tired, or for an extra bit of energy on a long patrol or in the reorg after rolling in depth positions, every squaddie loves some Moralibo!
