Any award ceremony should be about the best regardless of race, creed, colour or gender.

Are they? I'm not sure.

Who are the judges, do they carry bias or prejudice? Who knows....

Everyone is biased; that’s why there’s a panel of more than one person for these things.

Not that it matters because everyone will make their own minds up about whether a film or tv show is any good.
