....wanking.
I honestly thought I was going to die last night. It's happened 3 times over a couple of years now, I was nearly sick with the pain in my head.
It's generally as I'm trying to cum whilst wanking to porn.
Do any other chap's suffer this?

It's quite a common thing I think - I used to know someone who suffered from it every time he came.
He was told by his doctor it was related to a spike in blood pressure. Lots of info online about it though, and unlikely to be anything to worry about  |

I get it but only after about the third successive orgasm with my wand. I believe its to do with your blood pressure going up high, I know my heart is beating about 120bpm and my body is moving with each beat its going that hard. The pain in the head is pretty excruciating when it comes on so I've learned to stop. Dunno how I'd cope if it happened on the first one though.
Mention it to your gp next time you go and see what they say. |

I once had it after I'd been wanked off, took about 5 minutes to come on, lasted about 20 minutes, very painful though, did a Google search and it can be quite common. |

Its actually more common in men and I think it’s something to do with the rise in blood pressure, when I get it it’s immediately before an orgasm and then I’m too scared to orgasm for a while incase it comes back. |

I get sex headaches sometimes as I hold my breath alot during sex... The pain is so intense it feels like my head is going to explode, it is rather embarrassing if its a new guy so as soon as I feel the tension in my neck I try not to hold my breath and stop for a while. |

I had this years ago briefly, but it’s just come back today. I pushed really hard in the gym on Tuesday on legs and it came on then, pounding, couldn’t see properly and it’s been lingering for a couple of days. Just had a wank and it’s back with a vengeance. Feel like my head might pop.
I think it’s a combo of dehydration, tension in my neck and shoulders and maybe blood pressure. Although my BP is usually fine. |
