I would say the biggest thing for me is undivided attention. Don't be flirting with me one minute then looking at your phone the next. Engaging me in conversation and attention is the quickest way to get into my knickers |

 I also like words. Which is a really banal comment but I like good conversation, something that stimulates me, makes me laugh and keeps me interested. That sort of one where you find out common interests, where it just clicks and everything flows. |

A meeting on minds and flirty eye contact and smiling. If we are on the same level mentally and get on well and she has flirty eyes and a great smile that she shows me regularly while we chat, I'm hooked lol |
