What Size is a Big Dick?

Had a hilarious conversation with a female friend who actually broke down the science in her definition of a big dick. 
I understand to each their own, but would love everyone’s answers to this old-aged question. 
So ladies and gents, what size is a big dick?

Surely it's proportional?
A 5 ft guy weighing 6 stone with 7" will look far better endowed than a 7 ft muscular guy weighing 22 stone with the same size knob.
Likewise a woman with a foof the size of a smarties tube will think of any guy larger as big - whereas one with a fajina the size of a standard fire extinguisher will possibly be disappointed by anything unable to touch the sides.
No one size fits all.

The average penis in the UK is 5-6 inches so anything above that is considered big.
According to stats, men over 9 inches are about one in every 350,000 and I live in a town of with a population of only 76,143...hmm!!

technically there are two types of dick 'growers' and 'showers' are the two terms most people usually use.
'showers' are big flacid but don't get much bigger when hard because the level of blood flow required to achieve this and also don't get as hard for the same reason.
'growers' are reasonable size dicks that get significantly larger when hard because the level of blood flow can expand the size more significantly and make it much harder.
so quite often not so much if any difference in the hard size - as such initial looks can be deceiving lol

I know what average means, it's a number expressing the central or typical value in a set of data, in particular the mode, median, or (most commonly) the mean, which is calculated by dividing the sum of the values in the set by their number.
In this case the average is about 5.5 inches, very small.

I'd tend to disagree. Most larger (talking 8-9") guys I've ever encountered on our travels have been pretty 'showy' on the flop and obviously grow a tad too.
If you're starting from around 4" and still hitting 8-9" I'd definitely say they sit firmly in both camps.
