So which is worst snobbery and inverted snobbery? I've been looked down upon due to my background etc in the past, which never particularly bothered me. However, the other day someone accused me of being born with a silver spoon in my mouth and I was really offended. Why do people look down at others and why do we care? |

Some people are just rotten and tend to judge people on the here and now; not what you’ve been through to get where you are now. Some of it maybe jealousy, or they are just not very nice people.
It’s strange how we do care too much about what people say or how they treat us. It’s perhaps down to human nature that we take note of negatives from people, rather than the positives. I’m guilty of this.
