No.

Best you can do is delete all the others details, but will still show as a couple

Yes you can, you just need to contact admin and they will sort it

Given that you have been verified as a couple, it wouldn't really be right to change to a single profile - and given you've only been here a couple of months the best bet would be to delete the profile completely and sign up with a shiny new single profile
