Are you a glass half full, get up and try again type? Or Glass half empty, doom and gloom type? Or maybe you have no glass....

Mostly I have managed to get back to my previous state ...... which is optimist. But it does depend on the situation!

Glasses are meant to be emptied and refilled regularly.

The pessimism/optimism state is fluid dependant on so many factors.

I'm pessimistic that I'll ever win the lottery, yet optimistic I won't get hit by a falling asteroid tomorrow.
