I used to like them because it made women seem highly rebellious and edgy. But now tattoos are incredibly passe and mainstream I see women without them as rebellious and edgy.

I still feel theres way more more people without them than with work but I'm not sure on the ratios

I love tattoos but not keen on face tatts, seems to be a trend atm but I like to be able to cover all mine, then when I want to, I just POW! Heres all my tattoos!

Get those done first, people perception of you will change over night and from experience not in a good way. Even people that have known me for years have changed towards me so i strongly advise stay clear of your face, but its your choice

Mines ancient from when I was a student. Not fantastic anymore but was a milestone for me at the time. Luckily I don't do things to please others so I really couldn't give a fuck if ink snobs turn their noses up at it. I didn't get it for them. And wouldn't be interested in meeting anyone that is that way inclined.

Depends on what work you do,im in the building industry and it still has an impact. my hands are done aswell, im about 50% covered now so im talking from serious experience

Oh I’m a self confessed tattoo snob but don’t get me wrong I don’t turn my nose up nor do I knock someone’s youthful decisions. I’ve made some of those myself... that’s why I’m a tattoo snob. Lesson learnt the hard way. I have some awful ink

I think tattoos should be thought out in regard to artist etc. I don’t think all tattoos shops have meaning though. 90% of mine are cos I like it. Nothing more in-depth than that

Some of the loveliest people I've met over my short ass life have been heavily tattooed with hours upon hours of work done

I'm an ink snob these days... I despise fashion tattoos (regardless of how well done they are) especially when they are on the ones that were funny with me for mine, when fashion dictated they had none... and now they think we are the same,we aren't,we are just both tattooed.

I think tattoos should be thought out in regard to artist etc. I don’t think all tattoos shops have meaning though. 90% of mine are cos I like it. Nothing more in-depth than that "

This is me. I would never tell someone I didn't like something about their appearance. I don't know why people do. It's your business what you wear etc be it clothes, tattoos or hairstyle.
