"Old people
They irritate the hell out of me.
What don’t you like?"
Old people are wonderful. I work with dementia and reading their care plans would break your heart. We have life so easy these days.
In answer to your question i will answer blue cheese as it stinks and tastes vile. |

What ALL old people...??? Seems a sweeping generalization.... Like people of all ages some are better than others...."
Lots of people don’t like children, I don’t like old people.

Would you be able to send me a pm? I have a question relating to this but I'm outside of your age range.
If not it's fine =) |

"How do they irritate you?"
They are slow, forgetful, deaf, pretty ignorant a lot of the time. They demand respect but don’t earn it , go round in their own little bubble and don’t seem to be aware or consider anyone else around when out.
I’m going to be old(er) and I’m bloody dreading it |

What is it , the time taken to buy sausages in the butchers, hesitation at a road junction when your sitting behind, or that your husband is shagging one who works in the mobile library and has parkinsons, (she bloody well takes her time there too!) |

As one of the oldest Fab members (Turn 80 next Monday) I find your remarks about old people disappointing to say the least. Fortunately I will not be about to see what sort of person you turn out to be when you get into your sixties or possibly your seventies.
One consolation for me however is that my grandkids would regard someone aged 52 as being an old person. |

Don't be disappointed. Try to understand the menopausal. They need our help |

I think you've hit the nail on the head there. It's probably that thought of what you too will become that you hate. Not necessarily old people in general. Admittedly they can be a pain in the arse on the roads though. |

The only thing I miss about retail banking are my elderly customers. Sweet, fascinating, hilarious and kind. I still have numerous hand knitted scarves I'll keep forever. I know some of them won't still be around |

I’ve had pets. They’re ok, I don’t go mad over them but I can understand they bring love and joy to many. I don’t feel my life is missing anything by not having a pet in it |

More sweeping generalisations... May apply to SOME old people but certainly not all. |

To the first paragraph. Also elderly people can have wonderful stories to tell. They shouldn't all be written off because of their age. |

It’s amazing how it’s ok to say you don’t want or like children and people praise you for it but say you don’t like old people and its frowned upon
I’m not apologising for it, I genuinely don’t like old people on the whole.
I never have. They’re irritating and annoying.
They should know their place and not go to shops when people who work go.
If children can be barred from places, so should old people
When you have a limited lunch break which is spent behind some old, doddery person you’d be pissed off too. |

"That’s a pretty poor comment myself I wouldn’t entertain helping people with thoughts like that.
You have to respect the older generation. "
Actually you don’t *have* to respect anyone. But still... |
