No, not that. Its getting cold, but not that cold
One of the other threads mentions calling help lines. Just a little tip, if you do have to call one visit www.saynoto0870.com first.
Just put in the number you need to call, and it will give you the equivilant local rate number, or in some cases an 0800 freephone number. Saved me an absolute packet when I was having a dispute with 3 mobile, and had an 0800 number instead of the 20p/min number that 3 mobile gave me.
Anyone else got any handy money saving idea's? |

Never buy anything online before you have looked up the voucher/discount codes... there are several sites which list codes for you - just google. Even if you just get one for free delivery it's a saving.... I've found codes for up to 40% off and free delivery.
I've used them to buy things from Next, Littlewoods direct (saved 40% on an X-Box) and loads of other places. |

"That 0870 thing is a pile of poo, everytime ive tried to use it the companys not even on the system "
Thats because you need to put in the full name of the company, which is why its easier to put the number in |

Well Pussy, you must have been very unfortunate!
I wouldn't say it's been 100% but I use it all the time and it must have saved me a small fortune.
And it's also nice to stuff those companies who use them!! lol |

Yep, the fact that I was calling from a landline because the signal was crap, and the phone never worked, even though my house is supposed to be in an area "with excellent coverage". I couldn't use 333 because I couldn't get a signal
They even had the audacity to charge me £159 early cancellation fee, which I got refunded. Well slightly more than a refund, as I got £180 back |
