I saw reference to 'Fabs Finest' quoted in an earlier thread
This got me thinking about our supermarkets and their premium range of products - 'Seriously' by Waitrose and the Sainsbury's 'Taste the Difference' line for example
So, if Fab really did have a 'premium' group of forumites - categorised by quality - who would be included?
I guess there'd also be those more 'value' type individuals, identified by blue and white stripes, to consider too... |

Why do platinum swingers earn their privileges by being on the forum? There are some amazing people who contribute loads to the scene and never post to the forums. Those are the people who should get platinum perks IMO.
Should the perks ever exist obvs. |

"Happy to be an Aldi own brand profile. I quite like Aldi
I prefer Lidl, they have their own bakery.
I'm a Lidl Tart."
That’s one of the few things I like about Lidl, although I did have to make a call to environmental health regarding my nearest Lidl’s bakery |

Ha ha that was my comment ‘ Fabs Finest’ but it wasn’t in reference anything akin to supermarkets
Anyway, said person I was referring to is definitely above the Waitrose threshold and enjoys Veuve Clicquot so in my book a definite finest |

You'll never find my brand in a supermarket. You're more likely to be a bit tipsy on holiday and instinctively wander into a curiosity shop on the edge of the village. The wise woman vendor will say .. 'I have just the thing for you'. Before you know it you'll be slightly intoxicated and not really sure what just happened

Whatever the label, surely it’s about whether you are to someone’s taste or not?
That said, I am only to someone’s taste if they are worthy of my effort. Yes I know that sounds pretty big headed, but why should I make any effort for someone with seriously amateur skills or selfishness ?! |

Tbh I think it’s very easy to spot which fabbers/forumites think they’re just a little bit better than the rest of us - because they perceive themselves to be more attractive, more cultured or wealthier etc.
I find it all rather crass tbh - but then what do I know? I’m definitely in the reduced aisle because I’m fast approaching my use by date! |

Far far fewer than those in the value group. |

Agree to a point but fantasies/dreams sometimes become goals and when that becomes reality, how are you going to call it?
A dream has come true or a goal was reached? |

You're no such thing.
And it's incredibly crass. |
