Blueberries and agave nectar. If you put blueberries in a pan add a bit of agave nectar and heat until the blueberries go fat and a bit soft it's a really tasty topping.

I'm an insulin dependent diabetic so please don't use maple syrup!

Savoury pancakes are my favourite. Any left over curry, bolognese, chilli, anything like that are lovely on a pancake.

Or, I had one in Amsterdam with bacon, onion, tomato and mushrooms in the pancake batter. Made these a few times myself, they are fantastic
