I'd certainly not head to a meet having been for a few pints, but meeting in a pub and chatting over a few drinks is acceptable surely.

A couple of drinks maximum, that goes for me and whoever I'm meeting - if someone got d*unk I'd walk away. D*unk people are one of the main reasons I avoid clubs - every one I've visited seems to have quite a few d*unk people. Each to their own, but I don't want to be around that. |

Agree, we attended on club with a bring your own drink policy. The Guy in front of us in the queue passed over 20 cans of a well know larger to the lady at reception admitting he had already consumed 4 of the pack, incredibly he was still allowed in. We avoided him all night fourtunately. |

Haven’t had a drink in 2 years and I’ve definitely had much better sex while I’m sober ... I can control the situation and myself better , in terms of someone else being d*unk I don’t like it either , I mean enjoy yourself have a drink or two but don’t get sick on me |

I don't drink alcohol at all so I am always careful when I'm with someone who has been drinking. The odd drink during a social that leads to more, fine. But any more than that and there's a risk of accidentally taking advantage - I have ended a date that looked like it was going to end up in bed because the lady had too much to drink for me to be sure of her consent. |
