Surely above 7 inches cannot be classified as VWE if the average is meant to be 6 inches. And "girth" is a consideration.
A reason I like the sky remote measurement, anything thicker or longer than a sky remote should be considered VWE. That way we eliminate the requirement for a VVWE

True they are a muscle but it is also true that not all are the same size. Sure they can relax and contract. But then so can many other things.
But they are not never endingly elastic no matter how turned on someone is. So some lengths will be painful for some whilst others will be able to accommodate longer.
