The growth I’ve made so far has amazed me. I’ve been working on myself for a while, but fab and more particularly the people I’ve met have accelerated that growth and development.

Yes it has enabled me to recognise and embrace my sexuality, opened me up to experiences I hand to contemplated I would enjoy and connect the dots of my sexual history so I could integrate it into who I am. It has been an emotional journey and I’ve been confronted with many hometruths along the way. I hope that journey continues. |

I think it's more a realisation that self-perception and how others perceive me don't necessarily match and to a degree that has altered how I think of myself
In other ways it has possibly had a negative impact but about things I recognise and can see are me overthinking rather than actual problems - so tend to try and think of those in more objective terms when I can |

I've learned that what's important to me and to my relationship with Mr TMN always comes first, no matter what. I've got more comfortable with saying no and not apologising for it. And that I like to show off!

I learnt that I liked being watched having sex.
I’ve also learnt that nsa sex does nothing for me anymore and I’m bored of the whole lifestyle.
I’ve learnt that there are more judgmental people on Fab than I’ve ever met in my real life.

Yep, I've learnt I'm loveable and capable of love. It's a continuing journey and one that I'm very much enjoying. I'm more aware of my flaws but also the positive traits I have. I'm still discovering and exploring my sexuality which is a hoot. And I've learned that my voice matters and to speak up more when something doesn't work for me. |

Yes. I've learned to accept myself and my passed more, that beauty isn't necessarily always what you believe others see, mean Im fair from perfect, It's also brought me out of my shell sometime seems I can be a feisty one And more at times. I've found my confidence however shy at times |

Fab has given me so much more confidence about who I am and my sexuality. So much so that I don't really care what people think.
I always try and dress to impress but sometimes it goes wrong and that doesn't bother me anymore. I go out and about dressed, Supermarkets, Mcdonalds, town centres etc and I don't really know how or where I got that kind of confidence from. |

It's given me a huge confidence boost. I used to be quite shy and nervous when meeting new people, but I'm used to meeting randoms for a social now and can quite happily chat for a couple of hours with pretty much anyone. Also I've come to accept that people are attracted to all shapes and sizes, and I don't need to drop a couple of dress sizes to be attractive. |

To be honest it's taught me that I'm more or less stuck in my ways.
I got the same comment in a club I visit that I got at a work do. "you stand in a corner like a shy guy but once you're dragged over to meet people you become the life of the party"
I'm not very diplomatic about expressing my opinions and I prefer to be in control. |

 I can be clothed to naked in the blink of an eye now"
After I got over the worst of my body insecurity, I can walk around naked quite happily now |

After I got over the worst of my body insecurity, I can walk around naked quite happily now "
And being naked infront of total strangers which I thought would be worse than it is. I can make tea in the nude now |
