be heading back to the mainland in a few weeks for to dwell in my old bat cave....
thought my house there was finally on the mend after all the flooding issues.....it seems the buiders have wrecked around 20k worth of flooring by tracking all their dirt and paint through the entire fecking house, they're leaving the windows wide open and there are footpribts all over the window sills where people are climbing through, the under basement drainage has not been done properly and all the crap that "went to tip" and for which i have been invoiced, is apparently still on my lawn......AAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

wouldn't be so bad, but they came with a few recommendations....estate agent went round to show prospective buyers the place yesterdays, and they ran a mile. If he hadn't of gone round then i dread to think of the state the place may have ended up in.
Neighbour went round last night and found the door wide open, with key still in the lock. He has now locked them out 
All the work required is downstairs so no need for anyone to be on the upper floors......they're certainly not being paid their outstanding balance of fees until everything is put right  |
