Olives!
For the life of me I just don't get how people eat them, I try them everytime I am in another country as they serve them with all the salads, but never ever liked them |

"Pear crisps, wtf?!
Just say no "
I like pears... I like crisps... Maybe...? No, no that sounds gross.
I had a craving for an asparagus sandwich once (nothing else, just bread, butter and grilled asparagus) it was actually surprising good, but I'm not sure I'd do it again. |

Now that sounds good with loads of butter and some crunchy sea salt |

"Coriander. Why.
I love fresh coriander, but tarragon no no no
I have the gene that makes coriander taste like soap.
Pump some hand soap in your food and you know how it tastes to me. Yum yum "
I used to quite like eating soap as a child, maybe that's why I like coriander |

I’ve ate soap as an adult, well lime hand wash and I was pregnant at the time and craving the smell so I ate it to see if it tasted as good as it smelled.....it didn’t |

Red Bull.
Smells like Calpol only stronger. Why would an adult want to drink something that tastes so cloyingly sweet? Should be banned in pubs, it makes them smell like a nursery as soon as someone opens one. |

I work in Licensing, and when I'm asked for a Shot + Red Bull, I often think "WHY?" What a waste of alcohol! |

I agree. I can't get to like them, even though they are apparently healthy. Yuck. |

Some of my favourite food and flavours have been mentioned on this thread as others' nightmares - coriander, anchovies, liver, pork scratchings - yum (though I do draw the line at horsemeat!).
I do have a big problem with certain textures though, however lovely they smell, and literally gag on strawberries, oranges, peaches, apricots... well, most fruit actually. They just feel repulsively slimy and/or fibrous to me. |

Oh Lordy, you’ve just reminded me of being served Horse tongue at a Monastery in France. That did make me barff- it was still hairy as well. |
