You've not asked for profile advice so I can't give any but generically that's where people go wrong, so take a look at yours and ask yourself if you think it sells you well, if so, don't change a thing, if not make the required changes so that it does  |

Also you don't *need* to be verified - it's a nice to have sure, but with the right attitude, approach and expectations along with a decent profile and pics it's not an instant block for a lot of people |

Intelligently written text which depicts personality, preferences and what you can offer.
Photos which express some character, maybe a bit arty or playful, not just showing yr size.
