Ok, looking to rent asap, in and around trafford area. anyone got any houses? that allows a cocker spaniel to live there too  x |

no easy fix if you have a pet
check out your options on one of the house search websites
search the area you are looking for and properties within your budget
take a note of the estate agents / letting agents, ring them and ask what properties they have that allow pets.
they will have some but not all.
the ringing speeds the process up and cuts out potential for taking things further on a property you like that may have a 'no pets' policy
also check the local press for ads by private landlords - again ask the question before taking your search further

You will also find they will ask for a larger bond because of the dog.

Admin don't want the site an advert site, so you are better looking on sites that rent houses.
