It's likely to be java based. Check the "settings" and add-ons... Usually in a cog or spanner symbol close to the area you type the Web pages into.. Settings might be on for disabling java and you need to set it to "ask first"

Same happened to me on my laptop. Played around with the settings but could only get picture and not sound working. Tried Chrome (which previously didn't work for me) and it worked, so switched to that instead. I think it must be something to do with the latest Firefox update, as it worked fine for me before that. |
