I have posted a few questions on this forum over the years for a better understanding on how fab works and the replies have been fantastic to the point and gave me a better understanding.
I have a 5 year old car a light came up on the dash and it went into limp mode.
So I went on the car forum and asked for help.
They replies I got are it’s fucked mate.
Scrap it
Take it to the car dealership.
I will give you so many ££££ for it.
Here I pose a question and get outstanding replies and I just like to say thank you all for your help and advice.

When did your last service it? Sounds like an engine management warning light.
I’m sure you’ve looked it up in the user manual that came with the car though. |

Is it a diesel? Could it be your EGR or DPF? My engine was bunged with carbon last year and it went into limp mode. I had the turbo out and cleaned and a new EGR valve fitted and its driving great now
