Might be worth checking with a moderator how often is ok so you don’t get banned for spamming the forums.
Personally, I think Sunday’s are a good day for them  |

I think fortnightly. Given the rush you had today, I think monthly would be too little.
Maybe group messages together to avoid the spam trap a bit more? (have a way of making it clear that they're separate) in groups of three or something? or is that too challenging? |

The spamming was very quick instant seconds apart responses, with the same person up to ten times in a row one word answers
The gaps you have are good distance apart and others interacting in the meantime |

I'm usually busy on Sunday nights so I'd prefer a different day, but I average about one message every 20 or so threads so I'm not exactly high-impact... |
