I was rudely awakened by the church bell.

I'm calling it noise pollution.

On the upside I got bacon bred coffee.

How do you like yours?

I had bacon tomato 2fried eggs and toast yesterday for dinner.

This morning around 8 just had 3 boiled eggs and toast.

Now back in bed had a crappy night could not sleep.

So apart from a wee walk around 1 to buy bread I might try to sleep till 12.30
