Serious answer OP...
It you've not done anything anally before suggest investing in some good lube and some anal toys and experimenting on your own, get used to the sensations and feel of being penetrated there. Lovehoney do a very good anal starter kit that isn't ridiculously priced and includes a few different toys.
I would also invest in an anal douche and make sure you use it before *any* anal play (for obvious reasons).
If you then want to take the next step then finding the right partner is important - someone who will go at your pace and not just be all about them.
Take it slowly and use plenty of lube, and then use some more, you cannot use too much.
As well as being clean it's also important you feel relaxed, so build up to it with fingers and toys rather than just diving straight in. |
