There are lots of threads on exactly this that it would be worth looking through. Key points:
Have decent photos and don't rely in any way on your cock selling you.
Have decent profile text - show some personality, humour and imagination; be respectful; describe what you can bring to a meet for others rather than just saying what you want. You are not a charity.
When communicating with people, don't send cock photos; don't make it all about sex; if it's a couple talk to both of them; be respectful; have something interesting to say.
Join in the forums.
Go to clubs.

Read profiles before sending a message and check that you're what the person/couple is looking for.
Think of something more imaginative than hi/ how are you/ how's fab treating you etc.
And, importantly, get yourself to a club and meet and talk to people in real life, who'll then be able to verify you.
