Night owl without a doubt - but I do like to catch the sun rise if I have been up all night and there is also something about getting up for work in the winter when it's still pitch black, you have a brew at the back door in your dressing gown and you get hit in the face with a wind chime. Surreal stuff. |

I used to be more of a night owl. Not so much anymore. Kind of neither really. I get up earlier easier than I used to but I like to get to bed at a reasonable time. I tend to work 10-6 rather than 9-5 and if I had to I'd rather work late than start really early so I guess I gravitate a little more towards night owl still. |

I used to be a night owl, but now I'm neither. I wake up exhausted, start feeling more or less OK for a couple of hours around lunchtime, then I'm ready for bed by about half eight. Being 40-odd is rubbish... |

Another permanently exhausted pigeon here.
I'm practically nocturnal, but also a terrible insomniac, I rarely get a proper sleep. Once went a week straight with no sleep, almost into eight days, and I was a complete wreck. |

"I used to be a morning person. Love that quiet and stillness as if the world is all yours. Now I just like my bed. And it is all mine "
I love my bed also |

I work Full Time nights, 5 nights per week and in 47 years in work, I've spent 31 years in Night Work.
Tried daytime work as little as 4 years ago; went stir-crazy after 7 months and moved back to Nights.
Of course, as I get older, it's physically harder doing Nights, but I cope. |
