Isn't it confusing when half the population don't seem to understand what this simple word means. All day today verious commentaters have been referring to a football match "next" monday, which of course is tomorrow. But they mean a week tomorrow - so own up who uses it correctly |

Me too.
However, as it does cause confusion, I often adapt to 'this monday' and 'a week on Monday'... or double check with 'so not this Monday but next Monday'.
Fuck it, I'm just going to use the date from now on. |
