Manchester (she/her)

Meditate, listen to white noise, count sheep, progressive muscle relaxation, use tastes or scents you associate with sleep. Dim lights, put screens away.

Failing that, rest.

I have an app on my phone (white noise/rain/wind/seas etc) and that’s always worked in the past but hasn’t the last few nights. I blame Christmas and getting out of routine. It’s just makes you feel physically and mentally quite crap when you only get 3-4 hours sleep a night

Virtuosa

Apparently thinking about waterfalls works best

In the past I've used the sounds on a rolling thunderstorm to get me to me sleep. And it worked

Just back from being taken out (yeah, I know; go me for not shagging him)

I’ll have a wind down and then contemplate bed.
