Once they put out those tentacles with small plants on the end and you've potted hundreds up so you have not a surface left. Is it ok to cut the others off?

I don't but I felt it the plant was good enough to produce little plants the least I could do was lot them up. I'm over it now though

I've got one, she's called Sharon. I've also got a Yucca called Yeltsin, a Dracaena called Davina, and a Cactus called Colin

Youre supposed to plant them in little pots, while theyre still attached to their mother.

But you can just chop them off and bung them in another pot, really

I put the little ones in water while still attached, when they grew roots I put them in soil.

I have a yucca but it hasn't introduced itself.

How odd. Your comment has somehow reminded me of all the Mexican hat plants we had round the house as a kid.

I'd forgotten about them. I used to love planting them in more pots.

I'll add to that Loganberries. There were some when I moved house. It took me 3 years of squinting every mortal leaf that poked it's nose above ground every week to kill. Oh and chives, chives are romping around my garden self seeding
