Yep...it's that time of year.
Time to get back to exercising and eating healthier. I say healthier because I don't diet, I eat everything, buy in moderation. I won't deprive myself of anything, so chocolate and pizza are still on the menu, just smaller amounts.
My favourite class is body combat followed by cicuits. I have fabulous instructors that actually care about me, my health and my fitness and aren't in it for the money. It is a fun group of people and encourage me every step of the way.
We also have a great social side to our class groups too

After 6 months off the booze im back on it, stepping my training up calisthenics & military training. Increasing my calorie intake & getting back DH mountain biking.
