Are you going through the alphabet in order or just ticking the letters off?

I feel bad now. Soooo...

A - Art Gallery. There are some amazing exhibitions at Tate, National Portrait Gallery.

B - Get your snazzy Bowling shoes on and hit the lanes. There's some brilliant ones in London. Orrrrr - (adult) Ball pits! There's one soon in London and they have pop up ones all the time.

C - Cinema. No, don't go to your bog standard Odeon or Cineworld. Try Everyman in Hampstead or The Gate Picturehouse in Notting Hill.

D - Dancing! Try a new dance class - there's such a range of classes out there you'll be foxtrotting your way to the perfect romantic evening in no time.

E - Explore. When you live in an area for a long time you forget all the hidden treasures. Spend the day acting like tourists - visit your local indie shops and cafés, seek out the musuems and parks.

F - Fucking. A day of. Self explanatory.

G - Graveyards and greenery. Okay, so technically this is a cemetery but Highgate is well worth a wander. Go and visit the local parks, you can easily spend a day in Richmond deer spotting and relaxing.

H - Happy Hour! Try out a new pub/bar. Try new drinks. Some offer drink masterclasses and you can create a signature cocktail. Ooo, if you're doing it in style - Soho's Disrepute. A few drinks there and you'll be gagging for the D so win for him.

I - Ice cream parlour! Possibly something for as the weather gets warmer though...

And that's my apology to you Lorna, done.

Geo cacheing.

Get out and about on a hunt for hidden boxes. Can do it locally or make it a trip out.

Could even hide your own (keep the contents clean. Think of the children!)

Central

O - 0pera. There are so many operas and the interpretations of them bring new perspectives to life. You can often get some cheaper tickets too. The sounds are so extraordinary, very different to much of what we hear today, which is invigorating imo. Have some drinks too, to make greater light of your experience there.

S - Surprise. Organise a surprise experience for each other, which could include some of the ideas in this thread. You'd just need to make yourselves available at the specified time and place.
