No, nope not for me every thing in moderation for a healthy balanced lifestyle meat, fish, dairy, veg and any alternatives that get chucked in as well if it's food I'm eating it can't beat a veg curry but also can't beat a roast beef dinner. plus love a proper cup a tea with a drop full fat milk I think buy local, buy sustainable and most important research what you are eating and quite how far it has travelled and how it was produced.

Always try to cut down on my meat consumption for various reasons be it health, environment, animal welfare or whatever. I’m a massive hypocrite though and always find meat is my default and would likely never be able to go vegetarian, let alone vegan. They’re just too damn tasty!

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

I've got that What3Words app on my phone.

When you put ///fake.steak.bake. it directed me to the local butcher's shop!

We watched Game Changers on Netflix. Lot of powerful forces pushing agendas that are not beneficial to human health or the planet, just in the interest of making money!

Game changer is a good watch but I thought its evidence base was a bit weak.

That said, it made a decent case in terms of the health benefits.
