No, nope not for me every thing in moderation for a healthy balanced lifestyle meat, fish, dairy, veg and any alternatives that get chucked in as well if it's food I'm eating it can't beat a veg curry but also can't beat a roast beef dinner. plus love a proper cup a tea with a drop full fat milk I think buy local, buy sustainable and most important research what you are eating and quite how far it has travelled and how it was produced. |

Always try to cut down on my meat consumption for various reasons be it health, environment, animal welfare or whatever. I’m a massive hypocrite though and always find meat is my default and would likely never be able to go vegetarian, let alone vegan. They’re just too damn tasty! |

We watched Game Changers on Netflix. Lot of powerful forces pushing agendas that are not beneficial to human health or the planet, just in the interest of making money! |

Game changer is a good watch but I thought its evidence base was a bit weak.
That said, it made a decent case in terms of the health benefits. |
