For those that drink it.

Machine with coffee caps?

Instant?

Aeropress?

Coffee Press?

Which is yours and why?

Aeropress, although I have a couple of drip filters and a cafetiere I use from time to time. Roast and post subscription, grind my own beans, kettle that heats rather than just boils water.

I like the idea of the aeropress, but it would annoy me to always try to get a decent coffee (have read and watched alot on it) and the time it takes.

Plus it would be for one coffee a day.

Chemex in my opinion is hands down the best way to make coffee. Tastes better than a French Press, doesnt have the gunk of a French Press after you make it and if made properly gives you a consistent tasting brew every time.

We have an auto drip coffee maker on a timer so it's ready for us when we wake up in the morning. It's filled with the cheapest ground coffee aldi sells but it's perfectly passable and quite cheap!

Agree once milk is added, but 30 seconds in the microwave, job done.

Fancy nonsense? You can make a tassimo coffee a lot quicker than boiling the kettle.

Yeah, put the cup in the microwave for 30 seconds once you've added milk, Tassimo XL coffee tastes better than Costa or Starbucks in my opinion.

Coffee beans ground. Strong, Cafitiere, dash of milk.

I drink roast when I can but dislike the capsule nonsense and costs, so not buying a machine of that type. Plus they've historically produced tons of unnecessary waste, including plastic. I rarely drink it at home.

I got a coffee grinder for Christmas so it's lovely fresh ground beans on a cafetiere for me. Or a flat white if I'm out.

Never instant. I don't like the taste of pods either.

At home ,Home ground beans into double espresso machine 50 percent coffee 50 percent frothed milk or neat

On the road a stovetop Expresso , which I changed to from areopress , the stove top to our taste is an even match or better than a machine one and would be my first choice for a damn fine rich dense dark coffee and surprisingly sweet

My favourite way to make coffee is have someone else do it.

My pod machine or cafetiere if I have to make my own.

I'm still on decaff as "normal" coffee has started making me feel yuk in the last year or so.

Probably because I used to live on gallons of it in my teens and 20s.

Or maybe it's all those coffee socials!

Just trying Taylors decaff coffee bags today and got to say they're pretty good.

The M and S mini filters do a good cup too and smell fantastic on my desk at work.

Decaff has come a long way since the olden days

..instant coffee isnt coffee...its a coffee flavoured drink

I like my aeropress when I have time.

I have a plug in percolator that makes a great brew so if I'm home all day to drink the full pot (2l) I'll put that on.

I have a chemex that took a long time to master but I now love. It's fiddly though, so I have to be in the mood to be bothered.

I do use my Tassimo a lot for a quick brew. It's better than instant but nowhere near as good as a proper percolator or cafetiere.

Tassimo for a happy compromise can only wish I had the time and money to goi better than that... but does the job.

For fresh beans roasted to preference though, I've used pact previously and had some amazing coffee from them, roasted the day before its sent and ground according to how you brew it. Love it

And failing all that for one of the many quick brews required during thr day, kenco blue does the job
