Hi guys I’m a tgirl and I love trying to look as good as I can, I’m a tall girl 6”2 and again taller in heels but what I hate is the with of my chest and back, is there any way /diet or exercise that I can get a couple of inches off?

You can't target weight loss in specific areas. That just leaves you with ordinary diet options. There have been threads on this in the past you should hunt for if you want Fabbers' opinions.

I think you look quite well proportioned.

I have a big frame too. Usually when I try to drop a few lbs my bust is the place it goes but never the width.

_partharmony is right, unfortunately you can’t target specific areas.

What you can do, is embrace what you do have which is a killer set of legs!

If you’re conscious about your upper torso, you can try wearing V neck lines, also high waisted to bring the shape of your hips out. If you make your hips appear bigger, it will balance you out and give you more of an hour glass shape

Try to look at the positives, a wider back can mean you can achieve more waist definition with a corset. I know women who try to build up their back in the gym to make their waist appear smaller in comparison.

Waist training with steel under bust corsets, it will not reduce your back but slim your waist and give you more an hourglass shape x
