I suspect I would be close. People ask me not to butter theirs if I make it for them because I'm rather generous with it.Has to be salted too and Danish. |

Can’t say I’ve ever specified as danish but I do drown it in salted butter. |

Not melted though, the toast needs to be cool enough and the butter cold enough so that it stays on top |

Amateur. If you keep applying enough butter you’ll cool it enough to have saturated the toast and still have an unmelted coating |

I have coeliac too, the Genius toastie loaf makes really nice toast! It's a good texture, never full of holes or falling apart, and not too dry. It's the tastiest GF bread I've found, I recommend you try it if you haven't already, I sorely missed toast before I discovered it. |
