Rest, take the bike to the canal and cycle with the dog running next to it for a couple of miles if the weather is good, cook a bit, and more rest.

I'm gonna take loads of pain killers in the hope of getting those annoying 'finishing touches' done to the bathroom. so irritating now seeing what needs to be done and unable to do it easily.

Other than that will laze around the house doing not much
