I will be starting with garlic mushrooms in breadcrumbs with dip.
Then i will have crispy ( vegan ) hoisin duck in pancakes with spring rolls and sauce accompanied by egg fried rice, garlic bread and salad,
As there no fookin pudding ( never is pudding is shite )
I shall have ( later ) large brandy coffees. |

I’ve been buying the seriously reduced Christmas foods so tonight I had a Brie and cranberry toastie with a side of kettle crisps, no holding back on the Brie either. 500g for 90p |

I was just thinking about dinner and I'm not sure what to have.
My choices are left over cheese and crackers from Xmas or a spinach and ricotta ready meal with salad
I've just moved so I only have a microwave until next week
I feel like having a chinese.
Bbq spare ribs, king prawn chow mein and crispy chilli beef |

That sounds good shag wheres your broccoli and veg though
I'm having pan fried tuna with quinoa, buckwheat and lentil mixed with Mediterranean veg and broccoli. Generously punctuated with scotch bonnet and pumpkin seeds x
