Yes, I (Mr) will most likely do dry January. I don’t have a drink problem, but I do drink quite a lot, certainly more than I should, so a bit of a break will be no bad thing.

I drink very little nowadays, never really had alcohol in the house but do enjoy day drinking at times just to break up the week and catch-up with friends without the usual night time of idiots. Start at 11am and be home by 4pm

But recently I've done that less and less to the point I'll possibly only have alcohol when I'm away on holiday somewhere or a special occasion, much prefer to have the ease of driving whenever I want
