...Comedy acts/comedians should always be remembered?

Laurel and Hardy

Charlie Chaplain

Abbot and Costello

Lenny Bruce

Bill Hicks

Emo Philips, just to use a few examples.

Who would you like to see remembered and introduced to the younger generations?

The Two Ronnies

Morecambe & Wise

Les Dawson

Dame Edna

Lily Savage

Dave Allen

French & Saunders

Victoria Wood

Smith & Jones (and not the 9 o'clock news)

Frank Carson

Rik Mayall

and even Bernard Manning

All had their day, sadly some of the joke on for far too long.

I always thought Brian Conley was a terrific all round entertainer but he seems to have disappeared from television. He still does panto and musicals but I wish they'd bring him back on mainstream tv again.

He does quite a lot of theatrical work, panto's are a good money spinner for any actor/actress, you'd be surprised how many queue up to star in them.

Many fo the above but i'll also give a shout for ;

Mike Harding

Max Boyce

Ken Dodd

Richard Digance

more versatile talents than pure comedy but they've given me many enjoyable hours of entertainment and quite a few laughs too.

Well can't disagree with anything gone before.

Marx Brothers Please.

Love the comment by Graucho when asked to join the Variety Club:

"I wouldn't wish to belong to a club that would have someone like me as a member"
