I feel like a stuffed carbohydrate
And need to burn some calories I’ve heard there’s other ways than just gym work to burn a lot of calories
What sort of exercise Is your favourite ?
I like lifting I love spin RPM classes
But I’m sure there’s more fun ways |

I’m a PT I take 2 classes on in the gym and try to attend a spin and Hiit class myself per week .
But over the Christmas period time has been limited so work comes first slacking on my own sessions getting back on it and into the swing of things though I could do with a lot more sex by the sounds |
