Tell your friend, that yogurts are almost always ok to eat. Just suggest they have a little bit, if it tastes funny they should leave it. I think I would be fine.

Yes I would .... the date is obligatory by the manufacture but it will be good for at least a few days after (unless you’re pregnant then I wouldn’t recommend) |

My friend will go upto 2 days over use by date but 5 days on the sell by date. |

Yes it’s a best before date dosent mean it’s gone off the same as fruit and veg having dates on :p if it’s mouldy, smelly, curdled or anything like that then don’t eat it if not then it’s fine in my books why waste something just because of a silly date |
