Dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.

This year I have taken up the Red January challenge for the charity Mind.

Every day in January one has to do an activity. Cycle , run , walk the gym.

Increased physical activity can help keep your mind healthy , as well as your body .

It's a positive start to the year .

So are any of my chums taking part too

I'm taking part too! And got my little boy involved as well - though he'll miss out on the days he's with his dad.

Well done and here's to being active - love the endorphins.

"Bed January where I get a lie in every Sunday "

Now that's an idea I can get into bed with

I walk the dogs, multiple times every day. I do school run (term time) so with a decent sex life I'll have all the exercise I need

Hiding from twats

I've done this the past 2 years, giving myself a break this year, it's a great cause though, good luck to everyone partaking.

Burnleyish (She/They)

I'm meant to be doing it with running. So far I've managed:

1st - a migraine

2nd - 2 mile uphill hike to get the car I should have been running to get on the 1st

3rd - so far nothing. I need to get out for a run tonight.

I'm nearly itching I'm so desperately in need of a run.

Managed at least a walk or a run every day apart from 1st so far...

It definitely makes you feel better getting out in the fresh air, even if it's cold. xx

In full support of you

I hope I've been participating for years as I generally do an activity every

day and am a passionate advocate that regular activities can vastly improve physical and psychological well being

Brighton - even Hove!

I’m going running this evening as my first session of the year. It’s an extension development of my ‘couch to kitchen’ routine.
