"
Scampi nik naks (although they stink!)
They’re still the best, just in front of the purple ones (ribbed for extra fun)."
No the nice and spicy ones are better than the spare rib ones |

Nope don’t taste the same, believe me I’ve tried ever paprika flavour this country pushes
Occasionally I can get a packet of Lays paprika crisps who are the nearest to getting it right |

My current master plan which is a work in progress to perfect the flavour of home made "potato peelings snacks"
When peeling the spuds I always threw the peelings away but a pub chat led to a conversation with an old lady about food waste and she said she used to cook and eat potato peelings.
Intrigued I found a recipe and it blinking works !!
Wash and scrub the potatoes before you peel them, drizzle the peelings with a little oil and toss in your favourite herbs and spices(I'm working on spicy ones at the moment) or just sprinkle with sea salt and malt vinegar.
Roast them in a hot oven (200C/180 fan/gas 6) for 25-30 mins but keep checking as my first batch were in to long and turned to charcoal
Great if you've got kids and good with dips or just tomato sauce.
Pm me if you hit the jackpot with a particular flavour |

Any prawn cocktail crisps in general. Also absolutely live salt and vinegar pringles. They are so ooooo tangy and sharp tasting you can't feel your mouth after eating them
Oh, and also scampi and lemon nik naks or scampi fries are a firm favourite |
