did alton towers some years ago......kids made me go on the corkscrew...didn't believe me when I said I really couldn't do it......so did it...and was sick for 3 days afterwards....they never asked again..pmsl

Nemisis is still the best ride there, I always book a day off work to go when the kids are still at school. we should organise a day out

never been to thorpe park, just Alton Towers, Chessington and Calamot, I dont recommend Camalot thought, its awful.

I am a Rollercoaster addict,i just love em.

Especially the Grand National at Blackpool.

The ONLY time i would ever go to America is on a coaster holiday.

Tis true...

Ws on the walzters with my son, it started of ok but got faster and faster and im holding me coconut which i had earlier won

Centafugal force took over and whop....or whooshhhhh

went me coconut.

Could have killed someone ya know

But it didnt and this fooking mini came past and the door opened and they was away with me coconut

it was very distressing

I had to go win another

Got to agree ...

The rides are so much closer at Thorpe Park!!

The best rides (for me) have to be Magic Carpet.. it was the first "big" ride my son enjoyed (5 times in sucession!!), Stealth (alkthough over a little too quick!)

Tidal Wave ... watching my son when he gets wet, wet, wet!!!

OMG that grand national at Blackpool if fecking HAIRY man!!! More scary than the pepsi max, speeding along with a piece of string to hang on to!!!

Couldnt do that un a 2nd time i tells ya....lol

Been to Florida, Alton Towers, Blackpool etc etc etc but NEVER in my life have i been on a rollercoaster nor do i ever intend to go on one!!! i like my feet firmly on ground level xx

Thats the best thing about the Grand National.

You always have the feeling that you could be chucked out your seat,especially on that little hump after the first drop.

And you thrown around like a rag doll

Also the mad mouse was a bit hectic before they put the seat belts in(Bloody health and Safety screw everything up)
