For me it's taking control of my life in a positive manner daily. Confidence, strength & personal growth. I've been practising law of attraction for yrs & apply it's values to empowerment also. |

I used to find empowerment in setting no boundaries or limits to what I’d experience or try in life. Now I find empowerment in seeking out things that make me a stronger, better and more positive person.  |

I'd add that for me there are different sorts of empowerment, for example: sexual, professional, social are outward-facing ones; self-belief/confidence, learning, acceptance are internal. |
