I'm about to have some irn bru and a fried breakfast, that will hopefully sort me out. If you don't have nausea op, try something fried, it usually works for me. |

Drink loads of water or fruit juice, eat some fruit and something salty... or have rehydration drink like dioralyte which contains all the salts and minerals you need.
Plus pop a painkiller.

Drink as much water as you can then drink some more water. The headache is caused by dehydration so water will help. Maybe pop a couple of paracetamol along with some ibuprofen then load up on carbs if you can face it! |
