I've done it a quite a lot over the years, from 18 up until a few years ago. You need to be able to sit still for extended periods of time; which is the thing I found to be the most difficult.
If you're happy being in a state of undress in front of strangers I'd recommend it, I've got a couple of nice sketches, photos and a painting from doing it |

I was concerned about my bumps and curves but apparently the class were really pleased to have someone of a fuller figure to draw and they saw me in a totally different light to how I saw myself so I really wouldn't be worried
