I want to lose some subcutaneous fat and really define my muscles and build loads more muscle.
I'll do absolutely anything to get there but there are one or two things I just couldn't manage.
1. I don't like getting up much.
2. Not fussy on walking.
3. Don't want to get undressed to go swimming.
4. C.B.A exercising in the house.
5. Carbs are good, Carbs are good, I'm Granny Carbs are good.
6. I'm not good at not having food in my hand.
So ..... over to you and advise me up! |

Do exercise with lots of heavy food in your hands and about your body. As you cba walking, run with it outside. Colder weather outdoors will increase the amount of calories burnt whilst you're out there.
Progressively increase the weight of the food that you use as exercises weights. We naturally lose muscle as we increase our years, so your weight training will help it to be restored, going against nature, so to speak.
If you want to gain muscle, your diet will need to include sufficient protein. This means you can have eggs with your toast carbs etc. Balance sufficient protein through the day. As Shag would say, watch your macros.
If you're adding muscle, any fat that may be around will only disappear if you are in deficit - calculate your basal metabolic rate, so that you know what your consumption levels are for mere existence, as you lie on the bed, sofa etc.
What better time than getting more sex? You can now have sexual workouts that include a focus on working your target muscles. Finding shag partners who know their stuff can educate and keep you on track to work your upper and lower body muscles. Your arse can contain substantial levels of muscle, so ensure it's not just used for sitting on!
The great news is that muscle training and building must be followed by good rest and sleep. |

1 Eat less
2 Exercise more
Repeat.
I can recommend a vegan diet if you're not already vegan. Lift weights or do pressups. The latter are better when done on top of someone ?? |
