We prefer Sainsbury's produce and shop there 99.9%, but if we're short of milk or eggs we pop to the local grocers round the corner.

I park in the mother and child spots - even if I haven't got the kids with me. Drives people crazy, but I have two car seats in the car so I can prove I have kids and the signs don't say "Parents must have their children with them to park here."

Some of us that live on our own have no choice!

I'm changing from Tesco to ASDA, their Gluten Free range beats the shit out of most of the other supermarkets.

I do like Waitrose too, but my bank manager keeps telling them not to allow me in the stores

Aldi/Asda/Morrisons for the basics, Iceland/Farm foods for frozen stuff, and our local Co-op for when we are running short of something.

I fekkin hate shopping with 'er indoors in tow..... taken me 20 plus years to train her to do it properly!!!

"Some of these house husbands sure know where they are allowed to shop. "

i always did the shopping when i was married as it costs less and we got what we actually needed, rather than what she fancied as she walked past it.

so i still do it now.

Em gets embarrased as i dont let her pack the bags because there is a way to do it.

i also put everything on the belt in order and get annoyed when the bint on the till picks something up out of order!!!

Sounds like me!

Personally I live 5 minutes from a sainsburys so it's a no brainer. Try to avoid Tesco, but as there is a Tesco Metro where they happily let me take my bike in I tend to use that for small bits on the way home from work.

Once a month i do a big shop at Morrisons for tinned/frozen stuff etc

Then i will get my meat and veg weekly from the market.

If i run out of anything ill nip to tescos up the road or and where im near at the time.

Wish more people would use local butchers/green grocers that way they won't disappear at the rate they are.

Kat x x x

Or them friggin scouts at the tills who are on a mission to put fresh bread in the same bag as 8 cans of tinned tomoatoes which squashes the bread until it becomes a poppadom. GRRRRR

I shop monthly and freeze everything, there is a Morrisons and an Asda reasonably close by so either will do, lately though it has been easier to get a delivery from Tesco. I use the local corner shop for milk and a weekly pouch of tobacco
